Did you know : First soft drink in space......

The world most drink-ed and most iconic brand Coca-Cola. It becomes the first choice of soft drinks in
every party, just about everyone has drunk it at some point to another, and it has millions, if not billions
of fans around the globe.
YES THE COCA-COLA IS THE FIRST DRINK IN THE SPACE BY NASA ASTRONAUTS.
Coke became the first soft drink to be consumed in space, when astronauts aboard the space shuttle
challenger tested the "Coca-Cola" can on July 12, 1985.
The name of coca cola is derived from two primary ingredients the coca leaf and the kola nut.
Extract of the coca leaf was essentially cocaine, and the coca nuts provide the caffeine.
The Coca-Cola company has made more than ten billion gallons of syrup since the formula's invention
in 1886 by Atlanta pharmacist.

According to NASA Astronauts must give up many comfort of the home when they space travel,
the bubbles of the carbon dioxide in the carbonate beverages aren't buoyant in a weightless environment
, so they remain randomly distributed throughout the fluid, even after carbonated beverages including
soft drinks and beer may became a foamy mess during space travel. ..........

Unicorn : Real or Fantasy

For years and years the Unicorn has been seen as the beautiful fantasy animal
that only occurs in mythology and fairly tales.
but its true that they were real, these majestic and mystical animals have been
proven to exist, at one stage. And if they exist in your imagination they can exist
anywhere in the world.
For many times the fossils have been discovered that prove Unicorns did once
exists. And if they exists, so they can still exist now.?......
The Unicorns fossils found did not so much resemble the regal and beautiful
like white horse with long pointed horn and rainbow manes and tails that trail
the ground as they walk.
It is actually know as the Siberian Rhinoceros or Siberian Unicorn. A slight tear
may fall from eye here you start think Unicorns are in fact a fantasy  an d fictional
evolution of Rhinos.

There are so many mythological creatures but none quite as magnificent as the
Unicorn is depicted as a very peaceful animal. Unicorns live in disguise as a way
of maintaining their inner peace lives.
If so, it is big question a to why Unicorns are thought to look so much like horse
and much like Unicorns, horse are very peaceful and elegant animals.
this could true all over the world . China, India, Scotland and Greece to name a few.
Scotland even designated the Unicorn as their national animal in the late 1300.
there are many different description and reports that what Unicorns looks like,
if there is one thing that is consistent.
show love respect with any horse in the world and maybe one day you will grace the
gift of a Unicorn........

THE NATIONAL ANIMAL OF SCOTLAND IS ACTUALLY A UNICORN - chosen
because of its association with dominance and chivalry as well as purity and
innocence in Celtic mythology.......

What happen if U affected by COVID-19

You notice shortness of breath,
A stark pain in your chest,
You might have lost your taste and smell,
Your breathing is just like you run for 3 miles at a time,
THIS symptoms shows the medical emergency..................?
as we all know that the whole world is badly affected by the CORONA VIRUS
and their is no vaccine fro it right now.
So, if you have noticed the above symptoms rush to the hospital or call for medical
help. Once you admitted to the hospital, the nurse might take your COVID-19 test or
even blood tests to check the oxygen level because in case of corona virus the oxygen
level drop too low.
Since this can results the life threatening damage to vital organs and you need the oxygen
through small tube from your mouth to your lungs.
then the doctors check your lungs through CT Scan and check which part of your lung is
inflamed.

Then they give you a Antibiotics as in some case it works, this don't fight corona virus directly
they help your immune system to by provide energy. and by giving the supportive care oxygen
therapy helps the immune system to activate.
If things go way the immune system produce antibodies to fight against virus.
the doctors give you the proteins and vitamins to make stronger your immune because the
protein of your immune system know as macrophages fight or swallow the virus.
so the main thing is that boost your immune system by exercise, eat protein rich food, take
plenty of sleep and do meditations........
the good news is that many scientists works on last stage of vaccine for it.
BUT the truth is that right know their is no vaccine...
SO STAY IN HOME AND STAY SAFE
MAKE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND CORPORATE WITH GOVT..

"MHAC" Mental Health Awareness Campaign

A 'SCAC' initiative,
Mental health is a major concern worldwide and India is not far behind in sharing this. If we evaluate developments in the field of mental health, the pace appears to be slow. Dr. Brock Chisholm, the first Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), in 1954, had presciently declared that “without mental health there can be no true physical health.” More than 60 years later, the scenario has not altered substantially. About 14% of the global burden of disease is attributed to neuropsychiatric disorders. The burden of mental disorders is likely to have been underestimated because of inadequate appreciation of the inter-play between mental illness and other health disorders. There remain considerable issues of priority-setting based on the burden of health problems and of addressing inequalities in relation to determinants and solutions for health problems.
Progress in mental health service delivery has been slow in most low- and middle-income countries. Barriers include the existing public-health priorities and its influence on funding; challenges to delivery of mental health care in primary-care settings; the low numbers of those trained in mental health care; and the lack of mental health perspective in public-health leadership. There have been numerous calls for invoking political will, for enhancing advocacy and for galvanizing community participation; all with scant improvement in outcomes.
Thus, it becomes now opportune to explore the paradigm of mental health awareness as a means of combating stigma, enhancing prevention, ensuring early recognition, and also stimulating simple and practical interventions within the community. Today there are opportunities in terms of growing acknowledgement of mental disorders as key targets of global health action, as well as of leveraging new technologies particularly internet, big data and cell phones in amplifying simple field interventions found successful in primary care and other echelons.
